By using FoundationFixHub, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

FoundationFixHub is an information intermediary that connects homeowners with foundation repair contractors. We provide a directory of contractors, educational content, cost estimates, and a quote request system. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform foundation repair work.

2. Disclaimers

FoundationFixHub is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed by contractors listed on our platform. We make reasonable efforts to verify contractor information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any contractor's profile, reviews, or claims.

Cost estimates, guides, and educational content are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional engineering or legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of FoundationFixHub, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or creating accounts
• • Conduct your own due diligence before hiring any contractor
• • Not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
• • Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission

4. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors listed on FoundationFixHub agree to:

• • Maintain valid licensing and insurance as required by their state and local jurisdiction
• • Provide accurate business information and keep their profile up to date
• • Respond to quote requests in a timely and professional manner
• • Not engage in deceptive practices, fake reviews, or misrepresentation

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FoundationFixHub — including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, and software — is the property of FoundationFixHub or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Contractor subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of FoundationFixHub shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or contractor listing at our discretion, particularly in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or complaints from other users. Contractors may cancel their subscription at any time through their dashboard.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of FoundationFixHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
