• • Analytics data: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous usage data without using cookies or tracking individual users.

How We Use Your Information

• • To process contractor subscriptions and payments
• • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• • To improve our platform and content based on aggregate usage patterns

Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• • With matched contractors: When you submit a quote request, your contact information and project details are shared with the contractors selected to provide quotes. We only share with contractors you've been matched with.
• • Payment processing: We use Stripe to process contractor subscription payments. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
• • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Analytics

FoundationFixHub uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for understanding site usage. Cloudflare Analytics is privacy-first and does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. Stripe may use cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data Retention

We retain homeowner quote request data for up to 12 months to facilitate follow-up and service improvement. Contractor account data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and for 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Children's Privacy

FoundationFixHub is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
