We cite our sources where applicable and strive to use the most current data available.

AI Usage Disclosure

FoundationFixHub uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with content creation, data analysis, and cost estimation. AI-generated content is always reviewed and edited by our team before publication to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.

We believe in being upfront about AI usage. Where AI plays a significant role in generating content or recommendations, we disclose that clearly on the page.

Update Policy

We review and update our content regularly to reflect changes in pricing, contractor availability, regulations, and best practices. Key pages — including city guides, cost estimates, and contractor profiles — are reviewed at least quarterly. Each page displays a "last updated" date so you know how current the information is.

Correction Process

We take accuracy seriously. If you spot an error or outdated information on our site, please let us know at hello@foundationfixhub.com. We investigate all reported issues and publish corrections promptly. Significant corrections are noted on the affected page.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

FoundationFixHub generates revenue through contractor subscriptions and lead generation fees. This business model means some contractors pay to be listed on our platform. However, our editorial content — including guides, blog posts, and educational resources — is produced independently of our business relationships.

Paid partnerships never influence our editorial recommendations, cost estimates, or educational content. When a contractor is a paid partner, that relationship is disclosed on their profile. Our ranking methodology is applied consistently regardless of payment status.
